How does billing work for a company?
We issue an invoice in your company's name, with payment due after the service. For regular needs, we group the journeys onto a single monthly invoice, itemised trip by trip.
Can a booking be changed at the last minute?
Yes. A change of time, address or vehicle is settled with a call or a message, including on the day itself, subject to availability. A cancellation must be made in writing, by email or on WhatsApp, and is covered by clause 7.1 of our terms and conditions.
How far ahead should I book for a corporate retreat?
One to two weeks is enough for an event with several vehicles and rotations. For busy periods such as Vinitech-Sifel or the large conferences at Palais 2 l'Atlantique, book earlier: vehicles go quickly on those dates.
Do you work outside the Gironde?
Yes. We cover Bordeaux and the whole of the Gironde day to day, and we handle long-distance journeys to Toulouse, Biarritz, Paris or anywhere else in France on request.
How many passengers can you carry at once?
Up to 7 passengers in a Mercedes V-Class minivan. Beyond that, we put on several vehicles coordinated on the same schedule, so that your group arrives together.
